1000xtrade.xyz provides educational content and a web interface that helps you create and sign transactions and messages for the Papertrade protocol. The protocol is operated by third parties. We do not execute trades, hold funds or act as your broker, agent or counterparty.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally allowed to trade leveraged derivatives and crypto assets where you live. You must not use the site if you are located in, or a resident of, a jurisdiction where this is prohibited, or if you are subject to sanctions.
You are solely responsible for your wallet, private keys, seed phrase and the device you trade from. Session keys created by the interface are stored only in your browser. We cannot recover lost keys or reverse transactions.
Nothing on this site is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Examples and calculations are illustrations only and may not match the protocol's actual results.
The Papertrade protocol charges fees as described in its documentation. This interface is a registered builder on the protocol and may receive a builder fee from the protocol on positions closed through it, as set out in the Papertrade builder documentation. Network and bridge fees may also apply.
You accept the risks described in our risk disclosure, including the total loss of margin, smart-contract failure, price manipulation, delayed payouts and interface outages.
The site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the interface, the protocol or any third-party service will be available, accurate or error-free.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss of funds, profits or data, or for any indirect or consequential damages, arising from your use of the site or the protocol.
We may update these terms or the site at any time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
